We want you and your pet to be completely happy with every purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided that:
- The item is in its original, unused condition
- The item is in its original packaging
- You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been used or opened (for hygiene reasons)
- Perishable goods such as food supplements
- Items marked as final sale
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at abojaberyahya614@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will respond within 48 hours with return instructions
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund
Refunds
Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at abojaberyahya614@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item and the issue
We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
